L’analyse fonci\u00e8re de la commune a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Le GIRTEC. Le foncier est une de nos pr\u00e9occupations majeures.<\/h6>\n
La commune a entrepris un travail colossal au niveau du titrage des biens communaux, mais aussi des biens sans ma\u00eetres ou pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s sans maitres.<\/h6>\n
La commune poss\u00e8de environ 160 hectares de foncier, mais aussi du b\u00e2ti : mairie, mairies annexes, locaux techniques, \u00e9glises, chapelles, logements communaux, salles des f\u00eates, lavoirs, fontaines….<\/h6>\n
L’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re la commune a engag\u00e9 une proc\u00e9dure de biens sans ma\u00eetres sur une maison en ruine, lieu dit Asprivu.<\/h6>\n
Suite \u00e0 l’enqu\u00eate du Girtec \u00ab\u00a0U tribunale\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 incorpor\u00e9 \u00a0par arr\u00eat\u00e9 municipal aux biens de la commune.<\/h6>\n
